    Shipments are made to Greece.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping cost when payment is made by credit card or bank deposit is € 3

    Shipping cost when payment is made by cash on delivery is an additional 2 €

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders take 48 hours, from the moment you complete the process, to be shipped from our warehouse, provided the product is immediately available.

  • How can I make a modification to my order?

    In case you encounter any problems regarding your order, you want to add or remove a design, please contact us in the following ways:
    by phone at 21 0573 1810 or through the chat that you will find at the bottom right of our website.

  • My order was late.

    If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions , the completion of your order.

    The customer is solely responsible for the correct registration of the account number and the Company does not bear any responsibility in case of error. The exact price of the order must be submitted. In case of transfer from a different bank, the transfer costs are borne by the customer.

  • What about returns?

    Product returns can be made within 10 days and the following conditions apply:

    • For defective product, see the relevant question below.
    • To replace a product with something else because you did not like it or did not do it, then the cost is € 5.00 for Greece.

    NOTE: The product can be replaced ONLY if the product is in its original condition as you received it (if it has been washed, worn or the card has been removed, no replacement can be made).

  • What if the product I receive is defective?

    Before sending the products, our store carefully checks the quality and takes care of the packaging, so there is no need to worry about defects or poor quality of our products. In all our products, before we send them, the required check is made so that our services are worthy of your trust. However, in the event that a defective product is found in the proven receipts, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our own shipping costs. For our store the priority is your service.
